The equipment can process panel structures:

     1. Sandwich composite plates made of fiberglass fiberboard skin (with fiberglass reinforced profiles or wood core,foam core, rock-wool core and so on);

     2. Process Sandwich composite plates made of aluminum alloy sheet/steel sheet skin (with metal reinforced profiles or wood inside);

     3. Sawing aluminum profiles and aluminum plates;

       HSR--MS1370AC CNC machine center with automatic loading unloading system, according to the characteristics of new composite materials and the production characteristics of the process, uses support power transmission rollers to automatically load materials, and then enters the machining center for automatic positioning, intelligent cutting, milling, drilling, etc., and automatically unloads materials after processing. The equipment uses a four-axis rotary saw, combined with the automatic tool change machining center technology, which can perform intelligent production such as rapid sawing, engraving and milling for composite materials.
