    Our main machine types as the following:
    5 Axis CNC Machining Centers, Composite Panel Processing CNC Router , Mould machining center, and other various high-end customized CNC Equipment.

  • Q What's the machine production days ?

    A Arrange from 20-120 days,depends on the different machine types and the machine details configurations.

  • Q What about the after selling service?

    A
    We will offer you technical support and service all the lifetime;
    7*24 hours online consultation;
    Rapidly response and give solutions within 2-8 hours;
    If buyer needs Installation and training, the buyer needs to afford engineer’s Round trip air tickets, visas, accommodation and Salaries: 150$/day/person.

  • Q What is the warranty period for using the device?

    A
    12 months for the whole machine. 
    Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, we will offer you spare part for free; you just need to bear the express cost. 
    Out of 12 months, we will offer you spare parts at cost price. 
    We will offer you technical support and service all the lifetime

  • Q What' s your payment items?

    A
    30% by t/t in advanced to confirm the order 
    70% by t/t after finished testing machine or sending machine testing videos and pictures, before delivery.
