Why occur this problem”the tool holder not releasing the tools”?

There are some reasons :

1:The HSK spindle used for long times;

2:There is some abrasion for tool clamping jaw and the spindle taper hole;

3:The tool size is little bigger during the daily working;

4:During the use of the spindle, the handle will be stuck due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the handle;

The longer the spindle is used, the more problems will occur.

How to solve this problems?

1:First to adjust the screw on the tool holder, 10.8 is the extension of the main shaft pull-jaw shaft  (standard is 10.8+/- 0.1), and with the air pressure 6 bar.

.      

After the screw gluing installation, the machine need stop working for 12 hours.

2:Adjust the air compressor output value

After adjusting the cutting quantity of the main shaft, increase the gas pressure value of the equipment to 9kg. That is to say, the output pressure of the compressor supplied by the equipment is at least 9kg

Warm Tips:

1:If the spindle doesn’t install with the tool holder, don’t start the spindle, or the tool clamp jaw will fly out and injure people; and will effect the dynamic balance of the electric spindle;

2: Don’t use the bigger tool frequently, use some suitable tool size more better for the machine spindle;

3:Keep the machine clean for daily maintenance.
